I’ve always bought these strawberry puffs in store. These were nothing like that. There was barely any flavor, they were hard and plastic”y” and the bags looked old and squished. I really wasted money on this order because these candy’s were probably stored in a basement somewhere…just awful!

Clearly. I did not think about the 102 degree heat I am living in when I choose to order gummies in the middle of summer. However, when your daughter is turning 21 years old, living out of state and you want send her, her favorite candies, that you cannot find anywhere else but airports for some reason, you blindly order her gummies to put into her birthday package. They came melted. Not the company’s fault however, package was hand delivered to my husband and did not sit on my front porch all day in the sun. Knowing I could not send her melted gummies, on a drunken moment with friends, we tried to rip the package apart, in an attempt to get some of the yummy goodness out, cuz secretly, these gummies are also my favorite (apple doesn’t fall from the tree, if you know what I mean). Well… we were able to get maybe a quarter of the sticky goodness, pried from the packaging but, to no avail, frustration set in and we gave up. Still tasted amazing though, with what little we were able to get out. We stuck the other two packages in the freezer. I have yet to try those at the moment though. I am still determined to figure out a way to get some to her, but melted gummies apparently are not going to work at this moment. Lesson learned, maybe frozen, melted gummies will be good at some point.
