Southside High School celebrated Homecoming Friday night and a big win against Greensboro with a score of 56-16.

In the game, the Panthers came out lightning fast and never looked back. The Panthers led early scoring 30 points in the first quarter. The Panthers came out victorious, defeating the Raiders 56-16.

Head coach Charles Moody stated, “It was a great game and a great atmosphere! We appreciate everyone for coming out! It was a big win. We solidified a spot in the playoffs which is always a major goal and accomplishment!"

During the festivities, the Panthers named Micah Thomas their Homecoming King and Daviyah Crawford-English their Homecoming Queen.
