Katie Price is ready to add to her brood - and she wants to "buy" a baby in order to avoid facing the hassle around adoption.

The Loose Women panellist and mother of five is seriously thinking about having some more kids, but she couldn't face having another pregnancy any time soon.

Speaking to The Times, Katie said: "I love babies and I was thinking, 'How can I get one quick?' I know it's hard to adopt, so I thought, 'Can't I just buy one abroad?'"

She then asked interviewer Lynn Barber: "Do you know where you go?"

After being advised to rescue babies from orphanages rather than buy, Katie replied: "But that takes ages, doesn't it?"

The 38-year-old is a mother to Harvey with ex Dwight Yorke, Junior and Princess with Peter Andre, and Bunny and Jett with husband Kieran Hayler.

Katie previously expressed an interest in adopting, suggesting she might even adopt a child from Bulgaria.

"Even when I was with Pete, I spoke about wanting to adopt," she told OK! Magazine.

"I've had my own kids but I feel at a stage in my life where I'm ready to offer love to more children, so I will adopt."

She expressed worry about adoption agencies "judging" her, though said she wanted to do it "soon".

Meanwhile, Katie spent the weekend getting a butt and thigh lift at her home, and shared the non-surgical process on Instagram.
