Bad news for anyone hoping to catch their big break with Tyra Banks on America's Next Top Model: The model competition series is ending later this year, after 12 years and 22 seasons on the air. Host Tyra Banks broke the news about the show on Twitter yesterday. "Thinking #ANTM22 should be our last cycle," she wrote. "I truly believe it's time. May your pics be forever fierce." Over the years, the show has delivered many beloved contestants, jaw-dropping makeovers, and, of course, smiling—but it's also brought us new celebs to be obsessed with. Here are some of the most famous contestants in ANTM history.
Cassandra Jean
Cycle: 7
Result: Won!
Claim to Fame: CariDee won the acting challenge on ANTM, which landed her her first guest spot on One Tree Hill. She followed that up with a small role on Gossip Girl, and then traded acting for hosting. CariDee hosted MTV's Scarred and Oxygen's Pretty Wicked. She's also appeared in nationwide commercials for psoriasis medication, which she suffers from.
Yoanna House
Cycle: 1
Result: Adrianne was the first winner of the modeling competition.
Claim to Fame: Adrianne became a reality star, appearing first on VH1's The Surreal Life. On that show, she met Christopher Knight and the two began dating. They starred in their own VH1 reality show, My Fair Brady, before divorcing in 2012.
Eva Marcille
Cycle: 3
Result: Runner-up to Eva
Claim to Fame: Where do we start? Following ANTM, Yaya had guest roles on All My Children and Ugly Betty. Some of her biggest successes have been in film, though: She appeared in Take the Lead, The Kids Are All Right, Tron: Legacy, and The Butler. But her most major role to date would have to be playing Whitney Houston in the Lifetime biopic Whitney.
Analeigh Tipton
Cycle: 11
Result: Third runner-up
Claim to Fame: Tyra Banks called Analeigh's CoverGirl commercial the best in ANTM history, so it's not a huge surprise that Analeigh went on to have a super-successful acting career. She's appeared in the films The Green Hornet, Warm Bodies, and Crazy, Stupid, Love (opposite Julianne Moore and Steve Carell). On television, she had a guest role on Hung and was the lead in last year's short-lived rom com Manhattan Love Story. This year, you can spot her on CBS' new drama Limitless.
