Crvena rog paprika 😇

 Paprika je vjerojatno najpopularnije povrće na svijetu.

Potječe iz srednje i južne Amerike i proširila se po cijelom svijetu.

Danas postoji oko 50 sorti paprike.

Sadrži vitamine A, C, B6. Sadrži i magnezij.

Ima ljekovita svojstva. Pomaže za zdravlje očiju i za zdravlje kože.

Ima antikancerogena svojstva, štiti od raka prostate.

Potiče i rast kose.

Koristim ju u raznim salatama, za pripremu ajvara, pečem ju ili jednostavno jedem sirovu.

Pečenje paprike:

Papriku obrišem sa mekom kuhinjskom krpom ili mekim papirom.

Očistim peteljke i prerežem na pola. 

Pečem svaki komad nekoliko minuta.

Kad je pečena stavim u najlon vrećicu ili posudu sa poklopcem dok se ne ohladi.

Kad je hladna ogulim kožicu.

Začinim sa soli, malo jabučnog octa, malo crnog bučinog ulja i malo češnjaka.

Prefino!

I can't imagine posting anything about pepper. However let me tag foodies like @OlgaKlimchik @FalguniP @mockata2 @Izumi and @Ant_Bad_Yogi to see what they have to say about baked pepper. 🤣😂

Here in Nigeria, we only use pepper as a spice.

Hello @renata1 , I want to congratulate you on the photos of roasted peppers! I really like roasted peppers ?
We Bulgarians love to eat roasted peppers seasoned with garlic and vinegar.
Today, after seeing that @Austinelewex  tagged me to see your post, I remembered that there were roasted red peppers in my fridge that we baked on Sunday. I decided that now is the time to peel them and sprinkle with a little garlic and apple cider vinegar and take pictures and share them with you.

I like to try the food of different peoples and whenever I travel and when I visit a local restaurant I always order the food that is local and then I evaluate it.

Of course there are foods I can't watch, let alone try them like "Tantalizing Taste of Termites" 🙂

I have not forgotten about your post with the recipe of  "Unusual sauce (Carrot stew)", which I have to repeat and try 🙂

I really like roasted peppers @renata1, but I am very uncomfortable peeling them 🙂
Croatia as well as Bulgaria are Balkan countries and we are quite close as a people, traditions, customs, food.
I only passed through Croatia without stopping on the way to Italy.
This year I had plans to visit Croatia and explore the country in detail, but with this situation with C-19 I failed my plans, but next year life and health and it will happen.

@renata1 interesting, actually we use this pepper as a smoked one and use as an ingredient to red curry. It gives red color well and also very hot!
