This article is half factual and half a rumour. First of all the final actual Nougat update for the UK released today on schedule. So it's just a China issue and all these articles are over exaggerating the situation like all these comments.Youre all acting so impatiently it's like you're children.

But the Nougat's multi-window feature is much better and most importantly: it's native and you can force-enable it for all apps. And the other unique thing in Nougat is the freeform floating windows.
The Samsung's or LG's own dual window feature did not support these features, so they were useless.

My point with this question was more of that why Samsung takes so much time with their updates. They make these things available to us much early than Google and the put some great improvements to their new software. Like the always on display. I can see it coming native on all google devices.

                                  1. You are finally capable of deciding what to do about EACH notification. (not just action/ignore).
                                  2. Native suport to 3D touch-like software (Xiaomi mi 3 does not have a pressure sensetive display like the Huawei P9+ or Mate S, Or the famous iPhone 6S/7 series. but it's still pretty damn awesome to use it by flicking on the icon to pop the menu.)
and actually... why am I blabbering when I can just refer you to the review!?
