I don't think that I see you when I criticize other products, and that's not an issue at all. It's weird that you expect that when you criticize some products, some certain person should talk with you about that. By the way, when I first commented on this article, I replied to a comment posted by another person. It was you who replied to my comment, and that's fine. Anonymous, 13 May 2024Wonder if any of the people saying "its okay"/&qu... moreWell i'm no artist, but I'd imagine anyone with even a modicum of maturity and common sense wouldn't care so long as it wasn't their own equipment that was being crushed. And I highly doubt any of single piece said equipment was of any historical, or real financial value.
I have found this whole affair to be a very unsettling reminder of just how emotionally fragile people have become. Even more so when you consider a large portion of the backlash for this rather mundane ad comes from those who wouldn't buy an iPad regardless 🤷♂️

On this matter I don't have a narrative, as I said this this whole situation started out as ridiculous and has only gotten more farcical since. See, LG pulled this same stunt 16 years ago and it was crickets as far as backlash was concerned. Yet now Apple has done it everyone us up in arms, oh how I wonder what the key difference there is 🤔
I have to take your word on your being more broad in your critical opinions of company's in general. I only ever see you consistently taking a very specific view of one particular company, that being Apple. Which you are welcome to do of course, but then sniping at those you deem as defending said company is very much hypocritical.

I don't read every single comment, but apparently people didn't demand Apple to apologize. Don't try too hard to find a few comments that fit your narrative Apple and misrepresent the facts. I don't hate on Apple as my hobby, by the way. I criticize many companies and products. My criticism is toward this ad, which I consider distasteful and narrow. My opinion will be the same regardless of the company.
